Refund policy

We’re here to help

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We also offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy (see details below).

Change of Mind Returns (30 Days)

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible, please make sure:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • It’s in the original packaging 

  • You have your proof of purchase

A few items we can’t accept for change of mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns for:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Consumable items (such as honey, supplements, drinks)

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalised items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Don’t worry, if any of these items are faulty or not as described, you’re still able to return them.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@faroson.com.au or click the "Return" button at https://myaccount.faroson.com.au . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3005/1 Carlton Street, Chippendale NSW 2008, Australia

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. 

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: we will cover return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns: customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at sales@faroson.com.au.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product appears defective

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.  

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@faroson.com.au .
