We offer free standard shipping on orders from $49.50 within Australia.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Shipping Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
We do not ship to PO Boxes/parcel lockers.
Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care in packaging your order. If your item arrives damaged or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@faroson.com.au within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Warm Weather Notice (for Honey & Skincare)
As our products are sensitive to temperature, slight changes in texture (e.g. honey crystallization or softening of skincare products) may occur during transit. This does not affect product quality or effectiveness.
