Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Australia Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.

At the moment, we only ship Australia-wide and do not offer international shipping yet. We sincerely appreciate your interest and hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase provided. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare or consumable products (such as honey) cannot be returned.
To request a return, contact us via email sales@faroson.com.au or click the “Return” button at https://myaccount.faroson.com.au. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Return shipping is free for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns or other customer-related reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

We’re sorry if you received the wrong order. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email sales@faroson.com.au so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable. We may request photos of the item and packaging to assist with the claim process.
